SONG OF THE WEEK: "NO LOVE" - EMINEM ft LIL WAYNE

This week Eminem and Lil Wayne lead the way with the "No Love" song. It was released as the third official single off of his seventh studio album, Recovery. The song samples "What Is Love" by Haddaway. The videoclip shows a boy that gets bullied at first but stands up and beats his bullies in the end after being motivated by listening Eminem and Lil Wayne songs. ROYCE DA 5'9": NEW SINGLE AND ALBUM

Royce keeps it going with a new album coming August 9 after creating the "Hell: The Sequel" EP with Eminem. The album will be called "Success Is Certain" and will feature artist such as Eminem, 50 Cent, Raekwon, Method Man, Travis Barker and Yellawolf. We' ve previously dealed with the "Spacebound" videoclip. We 've seen some screenshots of the videoclip around February but it was never released, neither did we have any info about the matter until now! The video featureS Eminem and porn-star Sasha Grey. It seems that we had to wait until June in order to hear the "On A Clear Night In June" lyric!!!

ALBUM REVIEW: "BAD MEETS EVIL: HELL, THE SEQUEL" EP - EMINEM & ROYCE DA 5'9"

Eminem and Royce Da 5'9'' join forces after over 10 years since their first track together: "Bad meets Evil", which was featured on Eminem's "The Slim Shady LP".

To start with lets go to to the cover: Royce and Eminem are sitting on 2 speakers in front of a deserted scenery, with broken lps under their feet, while "Bad Meets Evil: Hell, the Sequel" is written on the center top of it.

To the tracks:

The EP starts with an intro song: "Welcome to Hell" where in the end Eminem welcomes you at the cd. I hit next on my iPod and i find "Fastlane". Maybe the best song on the EP and the first single, with a videoclip. Next is "The Reunion" with a nice dark tune and Eminem taking the singing parts from Royce on "Fastlane". I find myself in the middle of the EP with "Above the Law" which starts with a female voice and music that remindes me Eminem's "Finally Famous" from the "Recovery" album. 5th track is the one called "I'm On Everything" and it's refrain is quite original! By hitting next  I come across the track "A Kiss" produced by Bangladesh and as always Bangladesh leaves his mark on the song. The next track brings me at the first collaboration of the EP. Eminem and Royce Da 5'9'' bring Bruno Mars to sing the refrain of "Lighters" and it suprisingly sounds very good! Track number 8: "Take From Me" is another mid-west rap song which means that it is great! "Loud Noises" is the only song that I might wouldn't put on the EP although it features a very fast flow from Eminem and Slaughterhouse. And that's the end  of the EP!!!

In general it left me with a great taste and desire to hear it again and again. The level of the production and rapping is very high and I think that there might should be more tracks in there. But more isn't always better! Throughout the cd you get the chance to hear 2 of Detroit's best MCs' flows become one. It is amazing how these 2 combine their rap! As for the music I have to say "Bravo" to the producers. High quality mid-West sound just it was supposed to be! A great EP after all. I totally recomend it to you, especially if you are an Eminem, Royce or mid-West rap fan. Enjoy!!

Royce Da 5'9"  and Eminem's first "Bad Meets Evil: Hell, the Sequel" videoclip is here. The Detroid MCs chose "Fastline" for the first single out of their first EP. In the video the two rappers are in a warehouse while lyrics unfold in front of them with other animataions. We found the videoclip quite innovative. Watch it above and leave your comments!!!

EMINEM AND ROYCE DA 5'9" SHOW RESPECT FOR ODD FUTURE

DR DRE PREMIERS NEW SONG FROM DETOX!

Dr Dre released another song of his upcoming album "Detox" during the show "Fight Camp 360: Pacquiao VS Mosley". The track features once again Eminem and it is called "Die Hard". Listen to the song below and leave comments!!!

NEW SINGLE FROM DR.DRE

Detox might not have an official release date yet, but Dre decided to drop another single from his much awaited album. The song will debut on Friday, May 6, at 10 p.m. on Showtime and will feature once again Eminem. The single will be called "Die Hard".

Eminem's "Stan" sequel

Swizz Beatz revealed that he had produced a song sequel to Eminem's "Stan" hit from the album "The Marshall Mathers LP". The song was produced for Eminem's "Relapse" CD but the Detroit rapper refused to do it. 3 years later Swizzy told that the song now nammed "Anne" (previously "Stan 2) was about to appear on his upcoming album "Haute Living" but he finally gave it to Lil Wayne in exchange for a verse from the him on the single "Rock 'n' Roll". "Anne" song might find its way to Lil Wayne's album "Tha Carter IV". On the song Weezy raps about happened to Stan and says he's sorry to his wife "Anne"
